Return for products
The natural person customer benefits from a period of 30 days in which he can return a product, without having to justify the decision to withdraw from the contract and without bearing any other costs, apart from those caused in the case of choosing a different type of delivery than the insured one by Seller upon shipment;

The withdrawal period from the contract expires in 30 days from:

the day the customer takes physical possession of the product/products
the day the customer takes possession of the last product in the case of a single order with multiple products that will be delivered separately;
the day on which the customer took physical possession of the last piece if the purchased product consists of several pieces that will be delivered separately;
The seller will reimburse all the amounts received as payment from the individual customer for the returned products, including the delivery costs if the order consisted only of the returned products, no later than 14 days from the date on which he is informed of the decision to customer withdrawal from the contract;

The seller reimburses the amounts owed through the same payment methods by which the customer paid the initial price of the product, unless the customer agreed with another payment method;

The seller is not obliged to pay additional amounts caused by the customer’s choice of a different type of delivery than the standard one used initially; The seller can postpone the refund until the effective date of the product return;

The customer is responsible for bearing the decrease in the value of the products resulting from wrong handling.

Products/Services for which the right of return is not ensured
The following are excluded from the right of return in the Contract:

service contracts, after the full performance of the services, if the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the Buyer and after he has confirmed that he has become aware of the fact that he will lose his right of withdrawal after the full execution of the Contract by the Seller;
the provision of Products and/or Services whose price depends on fluctuations on the financial market that the Seller cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period;
the supply of Products made according to the specifications presented by the Buyer or clearly customized;
providing Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
the supply of sealed Products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the Buyer;
the supply of Products that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements;
the provision of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the provision has begun with the prior express consent of the Buyer and after he has confirmed that he has become aware of the fact that he will lose his right of withdrawal.

View the cart and press Finish/Place Order.
Carefully fill in your Business infromation.
Select one of the payment methods.
Press Place Order.
After completing the order you will receive an information message on the specified email address. The message contains the details of your order and information on giving up the order.

If you do not receive the order message, please check the Spam area of your email box.

2. Methods of payment

Online, by debit and credit bank card.
Online payment by card is made using Netopia services, one of the most used online payment platforms in Romania. We thus guarantee the maximum security and confidentiality of your payments.

The cards accepted in our system are: Visa, VisaElectron, MasterCard, Maestro.

No additional fee is charged for card transactions.

SUPORT SRL does not request or store any details regarding your card.
Payment by bank transfer is made based on the proforma invoice issued by SUPORT SRL The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address mentioned by you.

Please send the payment confirmation by e-mail to the address [email protected], specifying the order number.

Refund ( cash payment on delivery ).
The value of the order is paid to the agent of the courier company quickly when you receive the package.

The amount of the refund will be the one communicated to you at the time of placing the order and will correspond to the amount mentioned on the invoice accompanying the goods ( at the time of its receipt or later by e-mail ).

3. Delivery methods

Your order will be delivered using the services of a professional fast courier company.

Orders arrived within min 7 max 14 working days depending on the final destination.

The shipping rate is included separated in the final price displayed on the product page. Delivery is made to the front of the block / house.

4. About products and services.
Users expressly agree that the use of this site and the purchase of related products or services is at their own risk. The images published on the site are for example, and the products delivered may differ slightly from a coloristic point of view from the images presented.

Guarantee policy

According to Law 449/2003, the products sold by SUPORT SRL through the polishroll.com website have a warranty period of 12 months for legal entities. Each product benefiting from the guarantee will be accompanied by a guarantee certificate and the warranty period begins with the date of taking over the product. Customers are required to keep the warranty certificate together with the invoice, without losing the right to the guarantee,

The customer must inform the seller in advance in case of non-compliances after which the products considered defective will be returned by the customer to the address specified on the contact page, accompanied by the original invoice and the guarantee certificate. Return costs will be borne by the customer.
